Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery — email nilouferkhan123@gmail.com or call +91-70270 10709 with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the item (and packaging if damaged in transit).

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
