Refund Policy

Unused items in original condition with tags intact may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless marked final sale.

Sale items, custom, and made-to-order pieces are final sale except where the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

Approved returns must be shipped back as instructed. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error or the item is defective.

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges depend on stock availability and must be requested when you open the return.

Please report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
