Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer; we will note this on the product page when applicable.

Standard delivery within India usually takes 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Remote areas may need extra time.

You will receive tracking details once the order ships. Please ensure someone can receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only as stated on the site or campaign.

Local customers may arrange studio collection at Kunjpura Road, Karnal — Opposite Tanishq, Above Relaxo, Haryana 132001 during Monday–Friday, 10:30 – 7:30, subject to confirmation.
